부산 새벽 서프 클럽은 이번 주부터 해파리 bloom SMS를 group chat으로 라우팅하기 시작했다. 장마 runoff 뒤 가을 plankton surge 때 해운대·광안리 5시 30분 전 dawn paddle-out 전에 municipal text와 volunteer spotter를 짝짓는다.

문자 작동 방식

부산시는 buoy 근처 gelatinous zooplankton이 threshold를 넘으면 beach manager 보고 때 한국어 bloom notice를 보낸다. beach portal에 휴대번호를 등록한 서퍼는 Haeundae 1–4, Gwangalli A–C segment code를 받아 어느 break를 skip할지 안다. 메시지는 hourly update simple traffic-light map에 링크—forecast model이 아니다. lifeguard는 sting이 first-aid tent로 가면 purple flag를 올린다.

club admin은 city server가 spot check 끝난 뒤 batch-send할 때가 있어 timestamp annotation이 있는 SMS screenshot을 KakaoTalk에 forward한다. paddle-board instructor는 alert acknowledge 전 board 대여를 거부한다. 7월 sting cluster가 세 tourist를 해운대병원 allergy desk로 보낸 뒤 adopted rule이다.

이번 주 물의 변화

KIOST 부산 근해 sampling은 9월 river plume이 표층 salinity를 낮춘 뒤 Aurelia-class bloom elevation을 보였다. sting은 대부분 irritating이나 surf wax·wetsuit rinse는 rash guard 아래 nematocyst를 못 제거한다. dawn session은 glassy wave를 favor하지만 offshore wind가 jelly를 groin에 몰아—longboarder가 set을 기다리는 곳이다.

서퍼는 moon phase를 informal track한다. club은 warm rain 2일 뒤 bloom SMS가 often spike한다고 note—2024부터 published municipal log와 맞는 pattern이다.

비용과 가사 노동
